They represent the old way of finding homes online and will face notable strategic pressure in the next few years

They are seriously stuck in a 2010s time warp, still rocking the same look and vibe, selecting an area and budget just like a decade ago, while everything else around them is getting slicker and smarter

Meanwhile, weve shifted from sms/calls to using messaging apps rich functionality. We speak to virtual assistants like Siri and Alexa, and now GPTs/Copilots… Our digital experiences are vastly different from what they were 10 years ago!

Why does AI have the potential to be the next seismic change, comparable with the digitization of print media in the 2000s?

Look at the people who were strong in print, and then the people who are strong online; they are very different groups. And now, the next essentially different generation of [AI] entrepreneurs is coming into play
