Bank verification services require a photo/video of you holding your passport. Why not create a similar talent profiling? Here’s what we can get from a 1-minute video of a candidate:

  • Language fluency & grammar
  • Age (95%+ accurate)
  • Emotional state / mental vibes
  • Honesty via body language

💡Idea: a talent profiling app that records a video, with AI chatting briefly with candidates. Sort of like Placy for realtors, but designed for recruiters. Saves time, screens talent smarter

This will be a good idea as soon as we find someone ready to bear a responsibility for these AI decisions. With its money, of course. Because right now any LLM model (let's not speak as it has any intelligence) cannot be used as a trusted agent.

verification software doesn't make decisions. it profiles candidates (to open a bank account, or to apply to a job offer). the decision is made by the human bank manager or recruiter

Verification providers have 25 % discrepancy rate, of course officially , they claim 99.9 %, but in the case of their mistake it’s just not opened account. In the case of mistake of AI agent, which inevitably would happen, it might cost a career and wrong life choices to a candidate. Who would take this responsibility? Human managers verify only successfully filtrated applications, not the ones rejected by mistake.
