A survey of 2,778 AI experts from leading ventures (pdf) indicates a 50% chance AI will hit major milestones by 2028. What's wild? 37-51% believe there's at least a 10% chance of AI leading to human extinction. Hmm 🤖😄

In 5 years, AI could replace half of all real estate agents. The half that doesn't adapt to using tools like Placy Pro might just be left in the digital dust

You guys are cool. But even a predator like Zillow, which even monetized agent-to-agent activity with its "Premier Agent" product, acknowledged that technology will never replace real estate agents. Why? Very simple. The process of buying and selling a house/apartment is too complex, too rare, too expensive and too emotional for the human factor to be replaced.
