AI roll-up means taking a typical [slow-growing] business, plugging in AI to run most of the work that people do today, and turning it into something far more profitable and scalable. Then you buy up similar businesses and merge them into one platform. Scale

What I need is a partner: someone who already owns a company with a stable customer base in a country of 20M+ people. And who's bold enough to let AI agents actually run the biz
It might be Property Management (think Dwelly or Buena), a CRM or hotel-management something. What won't work: a standard buy/sell/rent real estate agency. No recurring client base means nothing to acquire when we scale. Why a customer base matters? The whole model depends on consolidation. You need existing, recurring clients to grow on top of. Number of investors (like General Catalyst or Zubr Capital) love and support this playbook
