- Transparent. Robots talk, log, and expose everything (including your mistakes)
- Adaptive. Flexibility beats experience
- Collective Intelligence. Hybrid teams where AI becomes a partner, not a tool
I bet on the hybrid teams. But! More AI capability → more autonomy → more productivity → more concerns about bots’ rights and boundaries (which is the biggest non-tech question today)
The next 3 years will be an intensive leadership bootcamp. About becoming more ethical, strategic, adaptive. Not more techie
